Occupational Therapist -Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed outpatient occupational therapist to join our team and provide care within our clinic system. Treating patients with injuries, illness, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Qualified candidate will have a current license in the state of Colorado, three years previous occupational therapist experience preferably in a community healthcare setting. FP/OB providers join other Primary care physicians in a busy rural non-profit primary care practice in La Junta, located in Southern Colorado, an hour from Pueblo Colorado.  Practice provides full spectrum out-patient clinic services for our patients as well as in-patient hospital services providing call coverage 1:4 nights per week.

Primary Care Provider – We have a full-time Family Practice Mid-Level provider positions available in our Arkansas Valley Clinic System (LaJunta, Rocky Ford, Las Animas) in a busy rural non-profit primary care practice in La Junta, located in Southern Colorado, an hour from Pueblo Colorado.  Primary responsibility of the positions is to deliver quality primary care to the patients who seek services. Qualified candidates will be a licensed mid-level (FNP or PA) family practice provider with the ability to care for a diverse population. Bilingual skills English/Spanish desirable.
